A challenge, Dells, and maybe some iphones.

I'm going to start of my post with a challenge! The Challenge is you have to explain what your favorite videogame is. If that's too hard then make a top 5 of your favorite videogames.

Bill, we all want Dells. case closed.

At the moment nothing big is going on for me, my summer has been slow but I like it that way. I have time to just clean my room and play Kingdom of Loathing at my own pace. I don't have any probelm with productive but slow and lazy days. At the moment I am planning a movie night with anne, frank, possibly Lisa, hopefully Maura and Eileen, and possibly any other family member. So when you comment on this post please try to think of a good movie we could get. That's not a challenge by the way just a request since I can't think of anything!

I would just like to say I can afford the new I-Phone. I have no use for one whatsoever. But I could get one if I wanted to. And that's all that matters. (although looking at it again portable internet and the chance to play super monkey ball wherever I go is very tempting. Even if the new iphone is glitchy. aw that makes it sound cute!) Maybe I'll get the iphone touch. Can't afford that though...

Doctor Who tonight. VERY excited.

Phrank: A busy week!

A ton of commenting this week, that's always good. We're up to 13 on the week, which is pretty good. Bill, based on the comments on your late post, the majority of siblings (Elizabeth, myself and Greg all approved the punishment) so you have to pony up for Dell's. Nobody failed Anne's challenge, so let's just drop it. I do like Bill's idea that when we mess up, we submit ideas for a punishment, since it's practically a punishment to have to think one up.

After reading the Player's Handbook and the Dungeon Master's Guide, I have decided that I really like 4th edition D&D. The wizard class has finally been properly balanced to other classes. Also, it looks like a much more intuitive system than 3.5. I think I'll enjoy 4th edition as much as I did 2nd, 3.5 has been interesting, but I don't care for it overall. Also, the DMG makes being a Dungeon master a lot easier than previous editions. I managed to convince Lisa to give D&D a try, so maybe if she likes it, she'll decide to come join the group based out of Mark's house.

Here's the newest Zero Punctuation, on Lego Indy Jones.

How I learned to stop worrying and love the blog

Can't wait to get me some Dell's! :)

Since there's no challenge this week, let me regale you with the story of how this blog got started. I started watching the Vlog Brothers on youtube (links to be added later) and one thing they agreed on that the project brought them closer as adult siblings. Their project was to post a video to each other every day for a year.

I knew my siblings would never do that. They are far too lazy. But surely they can write 5 measly little sentences, once a week?

First I talked about it with Frank and Liz. Both had seen the vlogbrothers, and seemed to get why I wanted to do this. "If you can get everyone else to agree to it, I'll do it," were Frank's words. Then I talked to Greg. He was cool with it- as long as everyone else was going to contribute.

Then I talked to Bill. I knew he would be hardest to convince, but to my surprise, he agreed- as long as everyone else agreed to.
"Yup! Everyone already said yes."
"Crap!"

Kids, when you're relying on someone else to get you out of something, let them know.

On a lighter note, Ben is very nice and we're making plans to meet IRL soon.

Oops

Ok, my bad I missed my post. But I have been told to back date it which in my mind and heart, is cheating. But I'm going to do it anyway with everyone's full knowledge. But this does not mean I should escape punishment. I propose two options

1) Family get together in Guild wars, the day and time to be decided later. Since Liz and I use the same account, she will play.
2) I get some Dell's lemonade for everybody.

Any other ideas let me know.

Do Coconuts Migrate?

Gotta love Python. I picked this video cause every so often I get the feeling that my siblings think that coconuts migrate. See, Frank has played all the mini-games in Mario Party. I blame Mark for this... This weekend he managed to injure himself playing one short game. Yes, he won... but the blister on his hand still has me shaking my head.

Anne technically failed her own challenge she gave last week. She named 3 book and failed to say why any of them influenced her... So what's a good punishment?
