Well, nothing really new everyone! I feel better, due to the fact that I've had a cough and congestion since New Year's eve. Tomorrow is a new month, one month closer to spring.
Tomorrow I am going wedding dress shopping with my mother. I think it's more of a bonding/quality time experience.
So, about the Obama enviromental plan...
Well, I'm all for going green and preserving what we haven't ruined yet. I agree with Liz though, fix the friggin' economy first! Prioritize Mr. President! Also, I'm not just saying that because both of my parents are looking at a layoff in the next month. My dad is almost positive that he won't get laid off, because he's the only certified American-Lafrance (fire engines) painter in the area. Also. he has large ties to PSNH, and often gets jobs repairing the trucks and painting them, which brings a lot of money to the company he works for. If you don't know, my dad is a welder/fabricator/painter (and my favorite mechanic).
My mom works for GE. She makes airplane parts. She welds parts together and says it's boring, but it pays well. She was one of the last people hired over the last 5 years ( I think she's been there that long). So she'll be almost the first to go.
My brother drives a truck for motorstar tires. He is also a voulenteer firefighter and EMT. He hopes the "voulenteer" part doesn't last to long, but until he can take the test, he is looking into working for the state again in the DOT as a truck driver and plow the snow (the hours are crazy when it snows, but last year he makde almost $2000 a week!)
My sister is a pastry chef. She works at CR Sparks. She is feeling the pinch, since they cut her hours. It's her first official job after graduating college.
And me, well I work in healthcare, so I'm ok right now. I'd like to advance, but that'll have to wait until i can pay my bills down and get settled.
And I know I kinda rambled on and on, sorry!

February 30th!
It's Friday Family!
ok. first off. Holy crap what a week. It was like "woah your back at school" then "whoa omg snow" then "omfg chemistry quiz" then "hey it's friday!". And the whole time I'm like "man I can't wait for thursday when bones comes on." (which I missed!). So. Other stuff happened but it's not really interesting except I would like to mention I got Catcher and the Rye today in english. I don't know anything about it except that someone drops the F-bomb on page 201. There seems to be mixed feelings on the main character and about the book among my friends so I'm excited to get my own opinion once I finish.
Um. I was thinking that maybe we could run off with one of my ideas earlier? I'm gonna post a topic and it'd be cool if people could mention their opinion on it in their post. Also to frank and everyone else. There will be a meeting between us all to discuss the blog. I'll see if I can figure out some date. oh, right the topic.
So, I picked a political topic! It's obamas environmental plan. I thought it was pretty good because whether you like Obama or not doesn't really make a big difference. Basically you just say which side of the argument you like best. The argument:
Obama's like "hey, lets go green I'm gonna create lots of jobs for America!"
But other people are like "whoa slow down there big guy, are sure? I mean we gotta fix the economy like right now and this green thing would cost lots of dough, and should we really be using all our money on that right now?"
Here's the full article I suggest you read it, because my summary isn't very good....
That's it about now. However most importantly,
Say a prayer for her on Sunday.

Frank: Another Brick in the Wall
Nothing much to say this week. I had a bunch of stuff I was planning to write about, but of course I've forgotten all of it by now. Oh well, I've gotten used to that now. We still didn't get together to talk rules revisions, we should do that soon. Even if we just decide to change nothing, I think sitting down and talking about it will help.
Wedding planning is moving along smoothly. Bridesmaid's dresses are almost settled, we booked our caterer and basically have all the major things booked and we've almost get enough money to pay for them all now. Still waiting to hear if the publisher received my manuscript.

Fierce!
I will be wholly unoriginal and agree that snows sucks, especially when combined with rain and sleet and ice.
I had my 1st day at the pharmacy today! It went well, I thought. I have TONS to learn, but that's good, it'll keep me from being bored.
I was a responsible person today. I paid bills and took out the trash and consolidated my student loans so I can actually pay them back in an orderly fashion. But now I crave chocolate like you wouldn't believe.
I have a new Pandora station, based upon Chopin. It's not bad, and it makes good background music.
No news on the potential D&D game I want to run. I can't find enough players. So I think I might run one shots of Konolds Ate My Baby.

not much to reprot
There isn't much to report other than Greg and Jess need to take some photos and post them. Make sure they are FIERCE. Same thing goes for Frank and Lisa. We took pictures at nana's party and they are fierce! So step up and get it done. Um, I'm going to North Carolina next weekend to help Alecia settle in. Matt should be back later next month, his tour keeps on getting extended which sucks. Well it's goping to snow here so i'm going to bed early to make sure I wake up early and shovel my car out. That's all.

Preping for the Jam
This is coming in late. I was sick and was extremely tired as I sat down to write. So, I'm back now and okay.
Frank, you need to understand where I'm coming from. The conservatives, particularly the young republican club and their rag of paper were a collective mass of stupidity and ignorance. When you look at the extreme liberals, whom were also just a bad. Remember that the same extremist are on the other side. My goal is to try and find some middle ground, when possible. Granted, I blow up from time to time and everything seems to be fair game at that time. Regardless, there's one fact that is always true :
Yankee Fans are all Evil.
Next weekend is the Global Game Jam. I will be busy all weekend long as I've organized the venue at NHTI. A game jam is and event that takes place over 24 to 48 hours. The goal is to build a game in that time period. Two weeks ago, I talked about World of Goo. That game came from a "Tower of Goo", a game created in a game jam. I'll be broadcasting live from school as well. I'll drop some links below for more information and the live feed.
