Well kiddies, I'm posting today and that can only mean one thing. It's a good day to be a blogger. You see, contrary to popular belief, I am in fact... the good son. My reasoning of why I'm the good son has to remain a secret for now, but before the icy grasp of winter claims our fair New England countryside once more, I'll be able to share the secret of what makes me the good son. But enough about me.
I'm 20 years old, just a month and a half shy of the big 21. Not that I really care, seeing as I don't drink alcoholic beverages. Teh gross. I'm a junior at the College of the Holy Cross, an English/Religious Studies double major, essentially I'm getting a degree in awesome. I have a lovely girlfriend I've been dating a little over two years. I like to take long walks on the beach at sunset but I do not like pina coladas though I do like getting caught in the rain.
More useless information, hmmm, obviously I'm the fourth child, a man, I have blue eyes and dirty blond hair, which may be getting dyed a new color soon, but don't tell my mom. I play trombone, I watch DBZ, currently own up to Season 4 on DVD. Actually going to be watching some DBZ later this afternoon. What else, what else? I work in the dining hall on campus, I sing in the Chapel Choir, I'm a practicing and devout Roman Catholic. I accept the theory of evolution, I like the pope, I dislike the Yankees even if the pope is speaking at Yankee Stadium in a few weeks. I own a car which I think is going to fall apart any day now. Cheesecake is delicious. Chicken parm is my favorite food. Ramble Ramble Ramble, never seen a Rambo movie. Currently playing pretty much MS hearts for video games, which is unusual for me.
Well, that's a pretty good introduction for now. I'm sure you can puzzle out more as time goes on Future posts will be of varying consistency in terms of rambling, hopefully most will be more coherent than this one. Go Saders!

Liz: Mom doesn't care if dye your hair ( she does it all the time), I was thinking about dying my hair this plum color a while back and she said "sure do w/e you want w/ you hair it will grow back and you can wash out color ect." Personally I think you should go a orange/brown color (auburn?).
Frank:
Mom reads the blog. I know why you think you're the good son. And... why do you think cheesecake is delicious when you never eat it?
Love and Scurvy,
~Anne
You are not the good son you are actually adopted. Did you forget that or did we forget to tell you? Beer is good and I can say that because you didn't have a valid point. Also same point as Anne on the cheesecake. Why?

Hey Ann - contact Professor David Toomey at UMass (his email is on the English Dept. website) and ask for Tech Writing job leads.
Also, Society for Technical Communication (STC) job boards post stuff in the area. Ignore the 1+ year of experience stuff - most places are DESPERATE for a tech writer who knows wtf he or she is doing.

I know why you're the good son!
And I also know why you don't want your mom to know that you're coloring your hair :) We've got to get on that.
Love,me
I believe that my 2 degrees out weigh your almost one. That makes me the good son.

Liz: Mom lets you do whatever you want, you're the youngest and spoiled rotten.
Anne: Popular opinion says cheesecake is indeed delicious, who am I to argue with that?
Bill: You forgot to tell me. Cheesecake is delicious, whether I think it is or not. Universal truth.
Becky: Good to know
Me: Which is not me but in fact, Lisa!
Greg:I'm the good son for reasons unrelated to my 3.6 GPA at one of the best liberal arts schools in New England. Which is saying something!

3.6? 3.6? Tell me, young padawan, what candle do you hold to a 3.85?
And cheesecake is indeed delicious.
