February 30th!

It's Friday Family!

ok. first off. Holy crap what a week. It was like "woah your back at school" then "whoa omg snow" then "omfg chemistry quiz" then "hey it's friday!". And the whole time I'm like "man I can't wait for thursday when bones comes on." (which I missed!). So. Other stuff happened but it's not really interesting except I would like to mention I got Catcher and the Rye today in english. I don't know anything about it except that someone drops the F-bomb on page 201. There seems to be mixed feelings on the main character and about the book among my friends so I'm excited to get my own opinion once I finish.

Um. I was thinking that maybe we could run off with one of my ideas earlier? I'm gonna post a topic and it'd be cool if people could mention their opinion on it in their post. Also to frank and everyone else. There will be a meeting between us all to discuss the blog. I'll see if I can figure out some date. oh, right the topic.

So, I picked a political topic! It's obamas environmental plan. I thought it was pretty good because whether you like Obama or not doesn't really make a big difference. Basically you just say which side of the argument you like best. The argument:

Obama's like "hey, lets go green I'm gonna create lots of jobs for America!"
But other people are like "whoa slow down there big guy, are sure? I mean we gotta fix the economy like right now and this green thing would cost lots of dough, and should we really be using all our money on that right now?"
Here's the full article I suggest you read it, because my summary isn't very good....

That's it about now. However most importantly,
Say a prayer for her on Sunday.

I thought your summary was right on. I will be sure to talk about this in my next post.

And I will say a prayer for her, if by her you mean Liz, because I don't know who else you would be referring to.

Obama's environmental plan? Really? We couldn't start with something less controversial, like what's your favorite breed of puppy? If you like Obama or not makes a huge difference on this topic. I'll post about it on Thursday, but I hope you're not expecting me to hold back from my real opinion on the environmental plan.

Btw, Catcher in the Rye is worth reading, I wouldn't say it's good, but it's definitely worth the time.

Her, refers to Irena. I thought that would be kind of obvious.

Frank, I honestly didn't think it'd be that bad. I didn't want to start with :what's your fav. breed of puppy topics because that's kind of how the challenges started. Somewhat pointless. I picked a topic worth talking about, something people might actually want to write about. And I think his environmental plan wasn't that bad of a topic. because you could agree with obama and disagree with him all at the same time, like: I think obamas plan is good but we shouldn't focus on it right now. ect.
I thought there would lots of grounds to both disagree AND agree on.
