And a followup

So I'm playing Animal Crossing again. The problem I'm facing right now is that I've planted so many fruit trees. So many that I seriously need to hire some not so legal foreign migrant workers to pick the fruit up... Or I could just spend 3 hours doing it myself and another week or so replanting fruit tress with normal ones.

After writing about Gibson this morning, I went out and got his latest novel, "Spook Country". I still have Pattern Recognition to finish, but I can't find it now after the move. I'm not to worried about it cause I though the main character was extremely boring and bland. Well, she's some brand-a-phobe so that doesn't exactly help her. What makes Pattern Recognition interesting is that the main plot revolves around pieces of film put on the net and the fans whom obsesses about it. Yep, Gibson got LonelyGirl15 right years before before she hit Youtube or Youtube itself for that matter.

Last week I bought a book on writing comics from one of the major DC editors. It's laid out well and explains the concepts well. This feeds into the "Greg wants to write a Comic Book" twang in the back of my head. It would be nice to have my name in the comic world mean something other than "some strange Alantian seeweed that heals".
