Upping the Ante
For those who won't bother with the video:
1) Happy Birthday Anne.
2) While I like the hypertext punishment, I think this needs to be an actually challenge.
3) Thus, Anne needs to do a video blog (vblog) post similar to Brotherhood 2.0 style. My post is in that style, though much shorter. So at least 15 seconds! But more the merrier.
I believe the the ante has been raised.

Opps... I intended for blogger to publish the post at midnight tonight. Arg, this is what I get for trying to get my post done EARLY.
Having Said that, it is posted under the correct day...
I would have no problem doing a video blog, except that I have no way of doing it. No webcam, digicam, camcorder.
The beauty of the hyperlink punishment to Anne is that I think she'd have trouble finding stuff to link to. I think it would drive her nuts trying to find 5 link worthy sites that relate to her post.
As for early posting, I think an early post is visible to us while we're logged in but invisible to people just viewing the blog. Otherwise it would just disappear and you wouldn't have a chance to edit before the publishing date.
Wasn't once it is considered published, it's visable to everyone.
On, Yea, I forgot to mention that this punishment would extend to having to post once with a vblog in Augst.
