Newton's Laws!!!!

Hi everyone. I have something to get off my chest. I don not like the idea of a challenge being thrown out and no way to rebut or say no to the challenge. Now I hate writing and all of the challenges have been some way, about writing and feelings, nothing cold and hard that is boring. So now I will make those that write, write. I give the challenge to be started next Monday... Describe in five sentences or more you feelings on Newton's Second Law of Motion.

For those that might forget such a great law of physics.

"The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object."

That is all really. Have fun with the challenge and remember. Wikki is not to be copied.

I love you all.

Jess, Taters, Yankess

Well, over the past few weeks Jess has been posting comments on my blog posts.

For those who don't know yet...
Jess is my girlfriend, and here is a picture of her...

Where were you for Game 4 of the NBA Finals?
I was with Jess.

One thing about Jess that amuses me is how much she loves the Indiana Jones films. I went to see the new Indy film with her at midnight the day it opened. She was giddy with excitement for the film and drooling over the guys who had whip and fedoras. As much as a fan she is, she does have her limits...
But Taters of the Lost Ark is a bit too much even for her!

Another thing that has been amusing me is that Jess has been saying that I am a Yankee Fan.

In fact, this is true.
To put it bluntly, I'm a better Yankee Fan than most New Yorkers.

So for saying that...
The majority of my family (siblings, aunts, uncles, and others alike) are right now going for the pitchforks and torches...

Now hold on... I can explain...

In order to be a better Red Sox fan, I turned and looked at what the Evil Empire is doing. Learning their tactics, their ways... and understanding how they can be defeated. It's not that I like A-Rod... I just cheered when it was announced he got put on the 15-day disabled list with a Grade 2 strain of his right quadriceps, (though it was backed dated a few days). And to think he almost was a Red Sox.

So it's not that I really like them, I just know the team better than a regular fan does because it enhances my enjoyment of the game. Plus, it's gleefully awesome to see them stink like rotten eggs from the basement of the division.

This blog post was her challenge to me:
1) Post a picture of her...
2) Talk about the Yankees...
3) Talk about the Taters of the Lost Ark.

We did it!

Wow! Everyone has done the challenge! Even though Bill failed basic blog rules (he didn't write 5 sentences) I figure we'll take care of that later. But we all did the embeded video challenge. Good Job! And on another note today was my last friday of my freshman year! WOO-HOO!

I LOVE this guy. You have to watch the whole video see how amazing he is. :D

Phrank: Still Alive

This was a triumph.
I'm making a note here:
HUGE SUCCESS.
It's hard to overstate my satisfaction.

Aperture Science.
We do what we must because we can
for the good of all of us except for the ones who are dead.
But there's no sense crying over every mistake,
you just keep on trying 'till you run out of cake,
and the science gets done, and you make a neat gun
for the people who are still alive.

I'm not even angry.
I'm being so sincere right now.
Even though you broke my heart and killed me,
and tore me to pieces,
and threw every piece into a fire.
As they burned, it hurt, because I was so happy for you!

Now, these points of data make a wonderful line,
and we're out of beta, we're releasing on time.
So, I'm glad I got burned.
Think of all the things we learned for the people that are still alive!

Go ahead and leave me,
I think I prefer to stay inside.
Maybe you'll find someone else to help you.
Maybe Black Mesa.
That was a joke, haha, fat chance.
Anyway, this cake is great, it's so delicious and moist.
Look at me still talking when there's science to do.
When I look out there, it makes me glad I'm not you.
I've experiments to run, there is research to be done
on the people who are still alive.

And believe me, I am still alive.
I'm doing science and I'm still alive.
I feel fantastic and I'm still alive.
While you're dying I'll be still alive,
and when you're dead I will be still alive.
Still alive.
Still alive.

*dances*

I might get in trouble for this one. I know you're all sick of hearing it, but if we're doing a sibling blog, we need this video. Enjoy, Bill and Liz. Sorry to everyone else.

You have to admit, it IS catchy, though.

The Rocking Son...

Okay we got through Ice Cream Week...
No matter what we wrote, we could basically "take it to the bank".

This week I'm throwing out a new challenge...
This week your post needs to have an embedded video on it.
Welcome to Wild World of Web Video Week...
Remember Liz Safe, okay?

Update: How to embed video:
1) From you tube, there is a text box labeled "Embed"... copy that...
2) On the page where you write your post, there's a tab labled "Edit Html"
3) Click on that. Then Copy the code you got into your post.
(If you click compose to get back to normal editing, it won't show up in your post, so be careful)
When you publish your post, the video will show up.

I was gonna consider Gino or Coco...
I almost went with Rick. or Tay doing Rick
No, I Found the Good Son... And he Rocks.
